How easy is it to remove a boost gauge?

I have a hks boost gauge istalled in my car on the pillar and i am wondering how easy it is to remove and what is involved? I am removing as i have traded the car into a garage and plan to put it in the other car. Cheers Gary

if mechanical,
should be a + & - to somewhere under the dash and then a boost hose to the engine bay.

if electrical,
should be +, - & wires to a sender, of sorts, under the bonnet somewhere - which will then have a boost pipe to manifold somewhere.

not difficult - just trace the wires & pipes.
only problem i can think of, is if the pipe is off a T-piece, you will need a straight joiner to replace the T.

Cheers scoobyduck. I managed to get it off today without any bother at all. It did have a t-piece and i managed to over come it. Thank you Gary

Was this mechanical then ? As I have a mechanical one I shall be removing shortly.

How easy was this ?
