Default Sti Hatch Seat Creak

Hi
The drivers seat on my sti hatch has developed a creaking noise when I go over the slightest bump, it’s becoming very annoying. I was wondering if anyone had experienced the same and knew a way of fixing it?
Cheers
Lee

The previous owner of my car got dealer to fix. Replaced a very expensive part , seat frame I think but can't be sure. But it started again in my ownership. I think it was leather/foam rubbing on metalwork right under my ***. I sprayed wd40 on a few bits and it stoped.

Did you have to remove seat to spray with wd40 or could it be done in situ?

just covered up the carpet etc so it didn't soak everywhere and sprayed in situ
