Clutch squeek and creak!!

Thanks, will give it a try this weekend
Update:
It worked! Clutch is so damn smooth and quiet. I couldnt get the noise to go away after greasing everything. But once I put it together and drove away the noise was gone.
I also bled the clutch fluid which made the clutch feel alot better. I used some decent Motul fluid. The clutch is much "firmer" and has lost some of that vague and squishy feel. I wonder why this is not a service item? The fluid was fairly dirty after only 15000miles/1.5 years. Also helps with the shudder but this could be because clutch control is improved.

I have an annoying clutch squeek & creek which I think is coming from the engine bay. I have lubricated the pedal bits but didnt seem to help much. I havent seen this problem mentioned before but I have it at 15000miles. On this site there is a fix for it which sounds feasible but this is on an US Impreza RS. Would this apply for a MY00 Impreza Turbo? Someone must have had and fixed this problem before.

Oh yes another thing. On i-club I read that you can gravity bleed the clutch. Basically loosen bleed screw by one quarter turn, fill-up reservior and come back after 30mins to check. I did it this way and it works well. It does take a long time if you want to bleed all the dirt out though.
