If you have her registration number go onto askmid.com and it will at the least tell you if the car she was driving is insured 👍

Speak to your insurers and get them to sort it.

When you get a claim form make sure you tell them it's her fault, and fill the details in correctly and in full.

After accident, i call to my insurance and tell everythink them ask me about what happened. After, i got many calls from heatlh solisitors and.. only from solisitors. No more calls from insurance, nobody dont interested, dont ask me about nothing, dont send me any forms.
Today i call again to insurance, and they told me: Third party dont admit liability, and i must call myself to AVIVA insurance to make claim.
I cant understand, how this system is working??
My polise is comprehensive (full cover).
Many thanks lads for disscus, i dont feel alone with my problems, thanks.
Maybe in future this information can help someone else.
