My wife's car was hit this morning by somebody reversing out of a space. The person then decided to drive off, so my wife gave chase and finally caught up. Unfortunately, she does not have a witness and although the driver admitted fault, she is now worried that he will say that she ran into him.

Is there anything she can do or does she just have to wait and see what happens?

Does anybody have any useful advice / experience?
