****ing joke been on hold for 40 minutes taking it there shut it keeps saying open 9 till 6, cheers you bell ends now i cant go out as i needed to swop insurance

if you need it right now try swinton , aviva or insurance line they were coming up with good quotes for me earlier all can be done online

or just keep trying, keith micheals are supposed to be good for quotes and are reccomended by lots on here

or try green light

Usual hours are 9 till 6 but maybe they`re shut for chrimbo.

Instead of throwing the insults, you should try moley_WRX on here, drop him a pm and he should be able to sort it for you as he is the impreza man at KM.... Just a thought.

I've been on hold for over 1/2 hour to them today, I've given up now as I can't be bothered to wait any longer. I need my insurance to be ready for Friday and so far Greenlight are winning with a quote of £789 fully comp. I'm guessing Keith Michaels are either busy, understaffed or a bit of both today hence the long wait on hold. Shame as they could have another customer potentially if I could just speak to them!!

al hoy insults if a want am currently insured with them so needed to change vehicle through them not start a new policy elsewhere, maybe there phone should say " sorry our offices are now shut"...******

could I ask what car what age and how many ncd you have to get that quote scoobyrich please

keith micheals are normally busy because they are good from what ive heard some get threw quickly some dont but the ones that get threw are always happy and seem to get the best quotes I no i will be trying them when ive sold my current car

We closed at 5 today, and will be all week. We've been open since 9 this morning though, so maybe an idea not to leave it untill the last minute next time.

Sorry if someone left you on hold, but i have no idea why.

We only have half our normal staff in today, but even then we've been sitting there doing nothing, so i have no idea why you were on hold for so long.

Keith Michaels will be open 9-5 tomorrow and Friday, but i won't be in myself.

If you do have any urgent queries feel free to ring and ask for Jason, but if it can wait untill Tuesday i'll be back in to deal with it myself.

I'm 25 and have 6 years NCB, I have a good postcode as well which definitely helps...

I didn't phone until 5.10 so now I know why I was on hold! That was as early as I could phone today due to work, I need this sorted by Friday so I will try and ring tommorow during my lunch break to see if you guys can beat Greenlight!

maybe you should sort your phones to let customers no your shut at 5, and to be honest whether i ring at 9.10 or 5.45 it shouldnt make a difference if your hours were supposed to be 9 till 6 by you website and you automated answering service i only guessed you were shut after waitng 50 minutes on hold, so i had a good right to be a little pissed off, my lass is 9 month pregnant and i swopped car and couldnt insure her new car, so shes got no car till tomorrow so i hope she doesnt go into labour

So did you only realise after 5pm that you were changing you car?
At this time of year many companies are closed, or not working normal hours. Unfortunately that's the problem leaving it untill last minute.

I'll pass a message on about the phones, but after your attitude in previous posts (the bellend/****** comments) don't think for a second you're getting an apology.

So he has just changed his car due to the fact his mrs is 9months pregerrs and apparently due to drop at any moment........perhaps he should have planned ahead a bit more and changed his car sooner then perhaps he wouldn't be in the situation he now finds himself in where he is looking to blame others and hurl insults.

I personally find Keith michaels to be good insurers and moley to be f...ing brilliant.
