i can't get to a phone in office hours for a couple of days and i'm trying to sort my insurance, currently with Keith Michaels and i'm happy with their renewal price, but i used to be with A-Plan and thought i'd see what they can come up with.

Only thing is i seem to remember they only replace modded parts with std as opposed to Keith Michaels changing the parts like for like? does anyone know if this is still the case?

Just got a quote from A-Plan an hour ago mate, the guy specifically said that all mods would be covered like-for-like, not returned to standard.

Only note of caution I'll add is that A-Plan deal with lots of different insurers, and the guy I spoke to said that not all of them did like-for-like: in my specific case he gave me a quote (which was like-for-like) and said some of the other companies they dealt with might offer a slightly cheaper price but wouldn't do the like-for-like.

Basically just be sure to confirm with them when you get the quote that you're both on the same page!
