Pay as you go?

Any idea where I can buy insurance as above? New Scoob will be w/end & (every now & then) track car only so mileage will be small per year. It's also heavily modified

albeit a UK car.

Will need insurance within next 2-4wks.

Edit - to clarify by PAYG I mean just pay for that months mileage which will vary month to month albeit will always be low ...
