Hi folks

Something has gone very wrong somewhere, and we have lost all internet and voicemail access.

An engineer was due out today, but suprise suprise didn't turn up.

We have been promised that it'll be sorted out tomorrow, but please be aware that if you have let a voicemail or send an e-mail/pm I have no way to retrieve it from work
