So what would you suggest i do?

In the last 2-3 weeks i have been non-stop. I have even stopped having my 10 minute lunchbreak to try to deal with all enquiries.

I cannot get back to every message, as there are not enough hours in the day. I am already working 9 hours solid trying as hard as i can to get back to everyone.
E-mail? What address did you send it to, as there is nothing on my Keith Michaels address.

What do i suggest you do? Do what everyone else does and keep trying. It might take a few times to get through, but if it saves you a lot of money isn't it worth it?

Nothing recieved, although our filter does mark 90% of e-mail i get as spam for some reason.

What do you suggest i change my message to? (genuine question, not being sarcastic).
I did have it asking people to call back (rather than to leave a message), but people didn't listen to it and still left messages, and i was made to change it as asking folks to call back sounded un-professional apparently.

If i had my way the voicemail would be turned off, but i have been told that isn't an option.

Is there not someone else who can help with dealing with all this volume of interest? I'm not suggesting that you personally can be a one man army and deal with the insurance needs of the world, but customers do like reassurance that there is someone on the end of the phone when they need them.

I don't know your position within the firm, but can they not hire and train more people? My ins is due this weekend, going to call one more time.

I have asked for a bit of help, so will see what happens.

The 'problem' is that if customers have a query on an existing policy or need help with a claim i like to get involved myself to make sure any potential problems get sorted, hence i am not always free to process new quotes.
However, i will not change that, as if people pay me money they deserve to get a proper service, so helping existing customers will always be more important than doing new quotes.
Sorry if that offends anyone, but i believe that is the right way of doing things.

Well, A-Plan did match it, and beat it by over 100 quid.

Chap i dealt with in the end was Chris Chalk at A-Plan, top, top guy, no complaints at all, all enquiries dealt with promptly, and not only that, but he managed to knock just over a grand, yes that's a GRAND off last years premium, bringing the repayments down by 50% per month.

Top service, Top price, great bloke to deal with. Many thanks again Chris

Just FYI......

5 Years Driving
2 NCB
2 Accidents, one 50-50 other, a big smash costing 54k to settle that went in my favour.

So i aint squeaky clean, live minutes from Blackpool, and I got a F/C quote for £897.

I was paying over £1800 to Swinton robbing *******s with no mods declared. Yes, Iam a happy boy today
