Default Declare Every mod?

Obviously I'm going to declare my mods, but do you need to list everything?

I.e Instead of just 'Handling Mods' Do I need to list: ARB, ALK, Drop links, Coilovers etc etc?

Same with engine...Just say modded, or say for example: Injectors, Turbo, FMIC, AVCR, fully de-catted exhaust, headers, etc etc?

Thanks

I would. Keith Michaels insure the mods IIRC unlike a high street insurer who wouldn't insure the extras.

I see. I'm not fussed about telling them, it's just I didn't want to sound a tit naming absolutely everything if I didn't need to

Mines all listed, if you want like for like its a good idea. Most insurers will happily put you back to standard whether you have spent a fortune or not.

Everything has to be declared mate for two reasons: a) Insurance policies are predicated around the concept of absolute disclosure, i.e. no concealing anything! b) KM are excellent with regards to mods, and will take them into account if you have to make a claim (rare with insurance companies) So, anything you don't state can't be taken into account should you need to make a claim. Keep all receipts as evidence too!

I didn't know any of them did that.

Glad I'm with KM if that's the case.
