Question Non Fault Accident & Increased Insurance?

I have recently been involved in a non fault accident where the third party drove into the back of me while I was stationary at a roundabout.

I am pursuing a claim through a Solicitor to protect my NCB/Excess and have notified my insurance co of the accident.

I will obviously have to declare this when renewing my insurance and have noticed that even a non fault accident puts up the insurance premium.

Is it possible to claim against the third party for this?

Not really mate. I worked for an insurance company and it made a difference for the first year only.

It may be worth a try though you can only gain from it
