anyone know of any companys that do this for a 21 yr??

Most should do.

Obviously the other car(s) need to be insured for you to be covered for 3rd party

You cant drive an Impreza under this cover though (assuming that this is what youre after). You may\be alright if you get stopped by the Police, but if you have an accident in your boyfriends car then theyll drop you like a hot coal......

The cover is legal to drive any other car 3rd party, so why would it maybe okay with the police?
You have paid for a service so it is okay with the police, speaking from experience.
