been looking around various companys and thinking about putting it through my mum and that looks about 830 but id rather do the insurance in my name if possible to build up no claims any suggestions?
the alternative is do it through my mum and insure my mates 1982 mini on a seperate policy to keep my no claims going!

HI
Tesco are very good for competitive prices and they recognise and offer insurance for imports.
They wont except you till you are 21 (no problems there) and they will stipulate that you must have a cat1 alarm (professionally fitted) and a tracker or they wont touch you.
