I rang them today to enquire what the premium would be on a MY05 STI with similar mods to my WRX i.e. PPP, springs - result £927.00. A WR1 was just over £1000.

So it would appear that they will still consider and take on mods for existing customers.

I also tried Privilege for the WRX and when we got to the "it'll be £800 excess" I gave up. Looks like LV will be getting my money again

TBF I think that's a bit harsh. They've given many on here- me included- a very good deal. The "all mods except CC increase ok policy" was never going to last forever, the gravy train has just hit the buffers is all. If they're unable to quote you, just take your business elsewhere; plenty of companies out there that will gladly take your money.

Regards,
