Finding it difficult to get an answer on this one so thought i'd ask here.

Does anyone know if a list of cars and their respective insurance groups are made available to the public (all cars!!) - if so where can i get hold of a list?

Also I need to get hold of a current list of postcodes for the UK which also states the 'insurance risk' for each postcode. Like 1 being low risk to 5 being high risk.

I'm sure that this must be available somewhere. Even if you can point me in the right direction i'd be really happy
