Renewal with/without Tracket Monitor
Insurance renewal time again and I've been looking at adding a Tracker Monitor to reduce my premium. The difference between with and without is about £400. I was thinking that although if I get one fitted this year it won't make much difference to the annual cost this year, (premium with Tracker fitted and Tracker install etc = about renewal without Tracker) but for the following year onwards it would have easily paid for itself plus extra peace of mind......any thoughts anyone?

I think you need to keep ringing around
I have 2 Scoobs which dont have Tracker type devices and get competitive quotes
Some demand it - Privelege/Tesco, direct line (must be linked) but I steer clear of these - do a search as some insurance threads have links to loads of Ins companies and keep ringing............ It should pay for itself as you say but I only needed to go down this route when I was under 25.......Over 25 I would'nt expect to need a tracker (plus I know where they fit the devices in most cars.....If I know then a Prof car thief will also know)
