Lightbulb WR1 Insurance quotes

Maybe all soon to be WR1 owners could put the insurance quotes they have been getting here so between us we can get the best quote possible?

Don't forget to add your age , N.C.B. Area you live etc.

Also 35, Male, Full NCD, no points, parked on drive, one claim (Damn security post does work), *cough* Essex *cough*

Elephant - 826 (Although they think it's a 5door hatch?)
Directline - 850
Tesco - 880 (Although they think it's a 2 door?)

And L+V who I'm currently with have still to add it to their database. I keep getting no-nothings on the phone calling the car an 'Impreesa' or saying 'Yes we've got it, a WRX you say? Is it an import?' *sigh*

Talking Schofield Insurance Services.

My WRX with PPP was £860 with L&V, sold it in Feb and cancelled insurance.
Just been asked for Iinsurance for the WR1, L&V not able to quote as it is not showing on their database.
Schofield's quoted me £980!
42 Yrs, full NCD, MK postcode, self & wife to drive.
Very impressed with Scholfield's, very well informed and helpful.

I have just got a quote on one (with my current insurer Tesco) and it is cheaper (£200 less) than my 03 WRX PPP. I don't understand how this can be the case.

I also can't work out why the PPP gets a loaded Premuim on the WRX and not on the WR1.

For what it's worth, £680 fcomp for Sti5 (standard car, with full no claims). Still, same group 20?
