WRX PPP etc
Dear All
Well, new here, looks like a great site !!
Thinking of getting:
WRX (new)
PPP
Prodrive Spoiler
My wife (30) will be main driver (3 years no claims - just about to renew)
I will be second driver (33)
Live near Reading in Berkshire
A couple of quotes so far :
1) Diamond Insurance (for women !) : 740 for standard WRX 1500 with mods
2) Elephant : 730 for standard WRX , 840 with spoiler, 1500 with PPP
Heard about L & V - like many, this almost seems to good to be true. Their online website says between 930 and 1050). If it is right that they do not mind mods then they :
1) Seem bad value with the standard WRX
2) Bloody fab value with all the mods !!
Anyone in a similar situation (car and Area) have any other ideas for finding insurance ?
We have a MG ZR160 at the moment with a tracker (yes at the time we got the car - when they first came out - we needed a tracker to get insurance !!) - is it really worth getting it tranfered over ... it seems that its not that important (amazes me really !!)
Thanks for any advice you have
Mark
p.s. In 5 words or less - can someone tell me what it feel like to drive the WRX with PPP ??????

In 5 words: You will not regret it
Try AXA through A-Plan, they knew what the PPP was, but as you are over 30, you may get a better deal through L&V if you speak to a person instead of going through the website.
20K miles in one year, it's a fantastic on a long distance cruise or B-road blast!
