Hi could anyone please point me in the right direction???Its that dreaded time again and i need to re insure my 98 wagon.Just a couple of basic mods,wheels exhaust,but no one so far will touch me as im only 23. Im with tesco at the mo but they want an extra 500quid for the mods,unreal eh!! Would appreciate any help on whose best to try etc ,thanks

Try as many as you can before your head explodes. Then take a break and try a few more. It gets very monotonous / frustrating, espcially for under 30s with a "modified" car.

The only thing crazier than the quote is the way they rhyme off all the benefits before telling you the exact figure.
"You get a courtesy car, £50K legal cover , breakdown assistance blah blah blah, that will be £8000 please, would you be paying by credit card?"
That's what I heard a few years ago when I was trying to insure a family car costing £5k , with 95 BHP !
