Sent details to Subaru Insure via the Subaru UK website. Got an e-mail reply asking me to print out a proposal form, complete it & return it to receive an accurate quote.
What a surprise! Never heard another word!

yes i have had this also, some young guy answered the phone, said hed call me back, but never did so i called him back, told me he was busy, and he would get back to me, needless to say, im not insured by them!

I Also needed a quote which i eventually recieved one about a month later, they wanted me to fit the car with a barrier deadlock and reduce my milage to something stupid like 6k per year, a complete waste of time and effort. went to privilage and recieved it at approx £200 less anyway!

I have rung them the last two years my renewals have come through to see if they could come up with a better quote. Guess what "We will ring you back sir" but they never have.

Never had a problem with them myself, and although they are may be not the cheapest, I find the cover provided is far better than other vendors such as the likes Tesco etc.. both from a service point of view and courtsey cars, legal cover etc..

Never had a problem, they seem to be part of Schofield Insurance Brokers Ltd
My experience of them seems to be, they can help the older (over 25) experienced drivers who want to do mods.
