this one has me puzzled but then who knows the logic of insurance companies.
last year L and v quoted me £658
directline £711.
I took the L and v quote.
after 12mths with l and V ,amd making one small claim £700,the first in 15 yrs, they offered for 2004 £748.
So i rang directline and I am changing to them as they are charging me £638 for 2004!!!
Where the logic! its cheaper than 2003. I'm happy but puzzled.
(all the same mods and conditions for the car etc as 03 havent changed the car at all.)

It's an inaurance companies way of recovering a fraction of their claim outlay, Insurance rates change on a monthly basis and different insurance companies, will have a different rating structure in respect to having made a claim against your own policy.
