This is just no fun.

Impreza 1.6GL AWD, group 10, 1995 so worth £3k being optimistic, Clifford Concept 600 alarm, alloys off a Sport.

I'm 19, a uni student (and something less lazy in the summer, but don't know what yet!), had my full licence 2 years, a provisional 6 months earlier than that, pass plus, passed IAMs test, home owner, have driven the same car and also a 2.0GL a total of ~18000miles as a named driver, no points, no claims, no accidents.

Car is kept in my garage in Sheffield for 31 weeks of the year (term time), and on my mum's driveway in North Wales the rest of the time.

Liv Vic are winning with £1890

No one is even interested in my advanced certificates etc

Any recommendations of who else to try?
CIS, Tesco, Adrian Flux and Privelege are all crossed off the list already.

Cheers,

Ben

Editted to add, Screentrade gave me the best laugh of the day - £14k fully comp or £5k 3rdP!

What about Endsleigh as you are a student or Adrian Flux in Kings Lynn or HIC Insurance in Bishops Stortford ?

Cheers for the replies.

Amaclean - Endsleigh have given me a daft quote in the past (I looked into being main driver last year and it was circa £5k IIRC), haven't tried them recently though and there's in a branch in our union so it's worth a shot. Will give HIC a ring also thanks. I did an email quote with Adrian Flux and got one back saying £3000ish, but call for more accuracy. I'd given them all the details so I doubt that'd get much better with a call - worth a go you think though?

Simb - Many thanks for the link, will spend some time on the phone tomorrow.

Ben
