Young Scooby drivers around Bedfordshire

I'm 24 with 5 years ncb. After owning my UK300 for almost a year now, I'm having a nightmare trying to insure it again and I don't really want to get a tracker fitted.
Who are young drivers around Bedfordshire insured with and how much.
I've also been told that some insurance companies are grouping it as a group 20. Suddenly jumped from group 17 to 20 in under a year?
My list so far is as follows:
Tesco - requires tracker £1302 and protects ncb
Greenlight £1360 but ncb not protected
Barclays - Won't quote for drivers under 30 yrs old
Chriss Knott - Won't quote for drivers under 30 yrs old
Liverpool Victoria - As above
Norwich Union - As above
Prudential - As above
Any help will be appreciated

I say go for the tracker mate. You can get a tracker fitted with an one off fee for £568. Its worth it.

My best quote is with elephant full NCD, me 33 1 claim, class 1 biz use £844 on a brand new wrx (they dont do replacement car on the policy for toal loss for first 12 months)
O and Im in bedfordshire!

been with barclays/barclaycard for 3 years now, i got quoted unlike you and they the cheapest around. Underwritten by priveledge i believe > Me 29 £1000 for a P1
