You are correct but I'm not expecting alpine quality just sumert better than the standard one, I no normaly get what you paid for but having several types of radios in the past don't seem to matter on the price there all the same

If your not worried about it fella then buy it but i can personaly tell you they are a waste of money, they are riddled with elec faults, screen flicks on and off, they freeze, ipod connectors are a waste of time as the lead breaks after limited movement, hands free is questionable as it often drops calls, i fit these for customers in to vw campers, they look all singing and dancing granted, but lets be fair £100 says it all really

If your planning on running any subs amps etc then ur better off using that money on someyhing like a jvc or kenwood at least they are half decent from decent companys

Nice bit of kit they are tt, good touch screen on them i find compared to alot of others.

Its hard to say whats good as different people have alot of different views, but using something like a pioneer, alpine, jvc etc the ususal susspects you see in cars these days then you wont go far wrong, i am only commenting on the op's post as i know they look like alot of radio for your buck but the build quality is tbh shocking, the actual radio is made from such thin materials, you would see what i mean if it was in front of you, certainly aint got a patch on the pioneer tt is runnin there, you have to press the face so hard sometimes to select what feature you want that the screen goes all funny and distorted like when u were kids and would push the calculator screens is onr way to describe it lol, all the connectors have very poor clips that often fall out the back if the radio with a hard enough bump, honestly if you want a truthfull answer then here it is, they are **** but if thats what floats tour boat then so be it
