Default Apple Tomtom adaptors

I'm toying with getting the tomtom cradle for either my iTouch 4G or my iPhone 4 but from what I can see the kits only really work with earlier generations of the kit I have. Amazon have the iTouch kit for £20 and I was wondering if anyone had used the kits with either of the above and if so how well it works.

Cheers

Jon

I got one of these they are of solid design and alot cheaper than the tom tom cradle, you just need a decent charger to go with it as the one that came with it isnt great. Only small niggle is if you have a case you have to remove it before placing phone in holder.

for the charger i use one of these

and iphone/ipod cable instead.

I got a charger and a cradle with the phone, it was the satnav thing that I was particularly interested in as the Tomtom kit enhanced the GPS signal

I've read a couple of reviews saying that the pins aren't long enough for the iPhone 4 and the 'adaptor' is a plastic wedge that isn't thick enough. I was just wondering if there were any more experiences of using it
