What model no Alpine is it?
I got one of these http://caraudiosecurity.com/shop/pro..._id/14443.html Ipod connection included and bluetooth ready for most phones.
The red and white sockets you show are the RCA out connections.

You would have to connect to your Samsung via the 3.5mm headphone jack, one of these would do ya: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1M-3-5mm-Headp...item4a9eed2459

I think your model features a full speed iPod connection so I think it's a different cable and input on the unit. If there was nothing connected to those RCA connections whan you removed the unit then it will be fine. Get one of those cables, plug em and select "aux" on the stereo and you're away!

Hi Stuart this pictured RCA in/out is for Subwoofer, you must have at rear Aux in for iPod etc.

Apologies yes jura11 is right, looks like your model has no aux in! Your only option with that unit I think is one of those FM transmitter thingies : http://shop.ebay.co.uk/i.html?_nkw=f...+mobule&_rdc=1
Or upgrade to a unit with both iPod and aux in .....
