You cant buy a direct replacement as they are an odd size, id prob recommend a scrapyard an get one from there otherwise you'll need spacers and and a new pair.

6" is the factory size but 5 1/4" will go no problems and are cheaper to get hold of, just make sure they're not too deep

I think incarsoloutions actually has his sizes the wrong way round.

IIRC, 13cm, or 5.25" is stock size, up to 17 cm will firt with spacers.

You need spacers for a Corsa, and then some decent speakers off the net.

Do yourself a favour though, go to somewhere like Halfords and actually LISTEN to some speakers in order to choose, rather than take advice off here

It's what I did, chose fronts and rears, searched the net and saved £100 on the two pairs (Fronts AND rears for under £100 delivered).

i have now removed the offending item and have discovered that i have not blown the speaker up but it has been damaged by water leaking down the inside of the door, judging by the rust on the speaker it has been leaking for a while, anyone know a fix for this?as for speaker size im sitting here with a tape measure and the overall speaker size is 157mm and the actual cone is 128mm.mounting depth off the speaker spacers fitted to the car i reckon you can get away with 65mm.
