Default Hawkeye speakers

Right folks goin to upgrade my sound setup as the OE is cr4p as we all know, started having a abit of a nosey behind the door cards today and found what appears to be a tweeter now I cant hear any output from it no matter how I alter the sound so are these fitted as standard but not wired in it looks v cheap and plasticy any one else found these in their cars ?

Fitted as standard on a crappy metal bracket. Should be wired in and running with a small resistor to cut the bass.

Yep thats the one, but I dont think they are wired in cause they aint makin no sound
