Default Alpine CDE-9850RI Help Installing

I've just ordered one of these units and I need some advice so I can get it all installed at once!

I am replacing the stock HU in an 03.

I have a single din pocket on its way.

What else do I need, a wiring harness and an aerial adapter?

I can find a harness but if someone knows where the cheapest place to get one is it will be appreciated.

What aerial adapter do I need and where can I get it from!?

Any tips/advice on removing/installing will be appreciated.

I used the standard wiring harness adapter and my Sony bluetooth has a power out for the aerial, so no adapter needed. You just need to check if your headunit also has the same.

My car is a 2002 Uk Wrx.
