Looking good.

Any plans to stop the rattling?

nice work
where did you buy your carpet? i have a sub box i need to carpet (built from mdf and fibreglass over the last few months, but more margarine-tub sized compared to yours!!). whilst it's moulded to fit the inner LHS corner of my boot (stealthboxz type install with a few extras), i would ideally like it to match the boot carpet rather than contrasting it. it's an 02 bugeye in case that's different to the carpet in your classic

I got the carpet from halfords I took just a small piece of the original carpet to match it up
Admittedly not all halfords have a good selection so just shop around not that it helps but I got it from the Warrington branch at about £25 for a piece about 4 foot by 8 foot I think

To be honest I don’t use it all the time I built it as an advert for what I can do with cheep stuff and to **** boy racers off when they pull up with there little saxos with pathetic bass coming out there cars then I turn mine up and grin at them seeing a 32 year old bloke with more bass than them is priceless

The box took me 2 full days to build as I had to assemble it in the boot which wasn’t easy turning it round to get screws in and to glass bits that couldn’t be screwed the rest took about a day to get it to a useable state and iv just worked on bits at work bit by bit

You cetainly are a dab hand for installs

I know what you mean about the Saxo brigade, I'm 31 and find it very amusing every time. Some sound like a tuppence in a tin can and all the extra spoilers wobble ALOT!!!

I'd love to see that in the "flesh" as it were

Fine job
