Default Dynamat or equivalent?

Hi As I've got plenty of vibes through the door panel I may try some dynamat or some thing like. Expensive ain't it???! Are there any cheaper versions that do the same job?
I saw some on ebay last night - 4 sheets 50x50cm. Will these be enough just to place behind the speakers or will I need to cover the entire door panel?

thanks
Paul

Try a look for some brown bread!! Not the stuff for maming your sarnies up in!!

Supposed to be really good, havent used it so can't comment on what it does.

brown bread is very good - my astra was filled with the stuff.

Need to get some more though to finish my rear doors - you will notice such a difference with it compared to before without it.
