Need some advice about headrest clamps & tft screens
Hi,
The In-laws are buying the kids a DVD player for Xmas. It will pretty much live in the car.
However, I'm at the Venturi DVD (dual 7" tft jobby with seperate drive). It comes with straps to attach the screens to the headrests, which IMHO, whilst I appreciate it's a cheap device, looks rubbish.
Ebay are selling some clamps that fit around the headrest pegs, and you screw the screen onto the clamp.
The question is, has anybody done this? Was it successful? Do you know if the Venturi screens will cater for this? (I've tried emailing them, but to no avail...)

go with the velkcro straps - mine are...
way quick to remove and install - lets you take the screens out quick (hence more likely to do) and stop theiving scum from smashing ur window to lift them ...

The velcro straps may look rubbish but aid easy removal of the screens. So saves you having to replace the windows from a smash and grap attempt.
If you want something more perminant, why not fit a folding roof mounted TFT screen
