What kind of interferance are we talking of, a high pitchwhirring noise that varies with engine revs OR a crackling noise that again varies with engine revs??
High pitch whine is alternator noise, replace the suppressor on the alternator and see if that makes a difference.
Crackle noise could be coil pack noise.
Is the noise just on the radio or both CD and radio??
Have you got amplifiers?? If so the you need to check you earth points are a good solid bolt type fixing, no paint under the earth tag. Aslo check your RCA leads are OK and are properly shielded.
I run a couple of amps in my scoob and always had problems with alternator whine(MY00 Classic), I have had to replace my OEM battery recently and this seems to have cured the problem, no noise now.

Thanks for the reply mate
It's more so the whirring noise, through the speakers and at all times.
I do have an amp fitted, so i'll check the earth fixing point.
What's the suppessor on the alternator?
