Default Infinity 6510cs

I know that several people on here have recommended the old 6500cs speakers for the fronts in an Impreza (with MDF spacer), but does anyone know if the newer 6510cs model will fit in the same way? I'm presuming it's not that different, but I've presumed all kinds of wrong things before!

Cheers,
Phil

they're in and working fine (my02). spaced wth 18mm mdf.
if you fit them yourself, look out for the screw passing through the white grommit at the bottom of the window! you may need to wind it back a little to gain enough clearance for the magnet

Cheers for the tips, mate. They are now fitted, and I see what you mean about the little screw (although it just misses!).

But for a slight rattle on the passenger side, it's all done. I shall be taking that door card off (for about the 4th time!) and sorting it out this week.
