Whining noise through speakers
I have the above problem, running a multi amp set up.. all power leads, rca leads etc run through car at different locations, also alternator suppressor put in as well and the noise will just not go away...
Anyone got any ideas ???

Noise is a killer. There's loads of sources - first off, I'd recommend going through the linked flowchart here:

It will be either;
1) a bad earth, just find a better grounding point.
2) the RCA's must be too near to the power lead. Run the power lead at the opposite side of the car to the RCA's.
3) the wires maybe crossing near to the amp, just before you fasten them down.
Thats my ideas!?!?!?

Andy,
With respect, it could be about 15-20 things. That's the problem.
My worst problem with noise was down to a failed RCA cable (!). It's a piece of wire FFS, how can it fail? But it did...
