just bourght a sony cdx-f7700 head unit from the US and it is a absolute top peice of kit apart from 1 tiny problem which is the radio i can get radio 1 and silk Fm etc but i live in manchester and i cannot seem to get key 103 which is set at 103.0 fm i can only get 103.1fm and 102.9 fm if you can see what im getting at here

anyway

it goes up in 2 mhz or what ever its measured in!! so i cannot get a whole number like galaxy 102.0 i would get 102.1 and all i can hear is it coming through crackally radio 1 on the other hand which is 89.9 or somthing likr that is perfect

any ideas (can i do anything?)

at least it plays MP3`s i suppose

Search the web to see if there's a hack to change the increments from .2MHz to .1, or resign yourself to the fact that you're lucky that you can get 2 out of 3

This is the one big problem with buying from the US.

Nick any ideas where to start or what terms to search for as ive had a quick look but it just tells me info about the cd player

another thing i have noticed is that the uk version is 4 x 50w and the us version is 4 x 52w

Google - you may be lucky... On the other hand, what you need may be completely impossible

English watts are bigger than american watts
