Question

As soon as my new Impreza arrives I will be upgrading the head-unit and adding a CD changer, but does anyone reckon electronic shock protection is needed on an MY00? What cd changers are in use and what results do you get over rough(ish) roads. I'm used to a 10 disc changer and would find it difficult to go back to a six-disc so I'm looking at 10 or 12 disc changers. I have a fondness for Blaupunkt as their head units give a good tone but I see JVC do a 12 disc changer with 12 sec ASP. Has anybody used either of these in a Scoob?

Hi, Harryh i've got a 6 disc panasonic with a 10 second shock delay in my STI and i've never managed to get it to jump, i've got it mounted in the boot as well, which maybe is'nt ideal but like i said never had it jump a beat . Rik
