Highly recommend 6X9's in the rear MY95
#1
finally managed to get something to go right with my motor last night. Fitted some 6X9's in the rear shelf. Intailed removing originals including the metal plate which left a fair sized hole. Then redrilled the holes for the new 6x9's. This is tricky as you sort of have to get in the boot........
The sound is a million times better. Yet to setup my stereo correctly but there is so much more sound there is wicked.
Slightly happier with the whole scooby thing now........

cool.
I did the same thing, I put JBL 6x9 in the back, have components in the front and 2 kenwood amps - so I'm happy too - except my changer has now died.....
enjoy.

Did the same this spring with some cheaper Kenwood 6x9s. They work nicely with the components in the front.
Was much easier to install when I got Dad to hold everything in place while I drilled the holes. It's definitely a 4 arm job!
