Hi all

I wonder if it's worth distilling this knowledge, or re-authoring some of it, to form a basic FAQ specific to ICE in an Impreza. The same questions appear fairly often, and as there's quite a bit of experience collected on this board, I think it could help a lot of people.

Good idea. I'm thinking of upgrading the ICE in mine soon and recommendations and thinks to take into account would be dead useful

This would be particularly useful for new owners like myself and would let everyone reap the benefits of other peoples experience (good or bad!)

I guess you need to convince people like Lee and Adam, who have helped me a great deal with their advice.

I'd be more than willing to help, as I've 'tooling' around with car stereos for over ten years now!! (God that makes me feel old!!)

Yep, I think Lee and Andy have a lot to offer, as does everyone. Between us we've got a lot of experience.
