To fit underneath the shelf? Piece of urine mate. You need to take out the originals - see the FAQ for instructions. Then just lash them underneath with an MDF spacer. Job done.

Cheers,
Nick.

You talking Saloon or Wagon?

The rears are in the doors on the wagon... and in the parcel shelf in the saloon.

Don't know about sizes though

This is my setup (UK MY99). Fitted easy.

6.5 inch focal components in the front, and 6 inch JL audio coaxials under the rear shelf. I guess the speaker choice depends on if your gunna amp it up, or run it from a good head unit. Oh and get your front doors dynamat'ed (It even makes the doors sound better when you shut em).

i fitted some legacy 6x9's in my old scoob and cut away the metal to fit(very long job). as for just bolting them underneath it may be easy but you will lose a lot of sound quality because they need to be sat in a shelf. im gonna buy some components that will fit straight into the rear shelf and amplify them
