Should do. You'd have to check that it supports PAL standards if you want to use UK devices on it as well.
Also, with the radio, the US FM steppings are different.
A guy on the CTR forum has one fitted with a DVD changer

Also don't forget that the DVD will probably be locked to Region 1 , so your DVD's may not work. Oh, and the warranty will not be vaild in the UK.

Cheers mate. Think I've changed my mind now. Already have a KVT M700 but thought If I could get some cheap it may be worth it. But maybe not from the US
