OK, I followed the installation instructions to a T but the window seems to have dropped an inch. Any idea why this is and how to put it right again. The door still shuts alright as the windows moves up again when I close the door. Any ideas will be much appreciated.

I've got the templates all cut out now. Just need to put everything together then bung them in the car! Cant wait for some decent tunes!
All I need now is to receive my last sub (which is on its way) and some enclosure!!!
