We had quite a few people here (at Sound Illusions)that got burned by these birds.And the Sound Storm stuff can be had on ebay...I've probably got enough empties laying around to buy a pair of sub's and an amp...I'll try to dig up some dirt later.

Sorry folks,I can't dig up the old threads on this Sound Storm stuff...it's been too long now...
i hate to say "trust me",but trust me...if you buy Sound Storm or Reactor gear(just to name two of many)you're buying Pyramid.The phrase "backed and bumped" means sqwat if the motor is junk.You're paying for a flashy looking,under-performing POS in my opinion.
The best Sound Storm 15" claims 8mm of xmax...no other spec's.For a few dollars more you can have a 15" Tempest that will out-do a PAIR of those SS's...they just aren't as pretty.Christ...Adire's Koda 6.5" is pushing 7mm's of ONE WAY xmax...LINEAR.That's 14 mm's from a door speaker kids.The 6.5's alone are $80 each;see?
Nobody has to take my word for anything on this...but it's all I have right now.A simple search on Sound Storm retailers and Adire Audio will speak for itself...a fancy $90 sub with 8 mm's or a blah-looking $125 15 mm sub?Outstanding sq and twice the output for a few more bucks...

He's the CEO,and a great guy.AND an average Joe.He will and HAS suggested other sub's to people if it fit their bill...and if you know alot about motor structures,heheh,talk to this man...you'll get a grasp of the XBL2 motors...

As for Bush...I really don't want to get into it here...but I say smoke'm.
I'm a country boy Luke...a REAL cowboy if you will.I'm a dairy farmer.I work with cows every day.Forget the "western movie" cowboy image...it isn't real.
What IS real is that if you take a poke at a cowboy,you can expect triple back...you try to put me in the hospital,I WILL put you in the morgue.
Over 3000 people here lost their lives that day.There was nothing military about it.A low blow,or "sucker punch" if you will...can you imagine just going to work and winding up making your last decision"do I stay and burn to death or jump to my death?"
They wanted hard-ball,their gonna get it.They want to die for Ala...they're going to.
The way I see it,we're all in this together.The world really isn't that big...I don't see any reason for wars.But as long as you have ****-ant little mavericks like Bin Ladden and Insane around...

They are crap in my opinion...but they might suit a listeners needs too.depends on if you want low bass in your system or just a bump in the mid-bass fqz's.
I myself enjoy a filter-free sub bass system.The kind of bass that churnes your guts and buckeles your door panels,but can't be heard.
How much space do you have for sub's?Critical question.

Never heard of 'em, certainly not one of the regular names that pops up in here (in no particular order, caraudiodirect.com, edworthys.co.uk, mcs-direct.co.uk, ...)
Also, be aware that soundstorm isn't soundstream. Soundstream are well respected and have been around for many years making superb kit. I haven't seen/heard soundstorm, but their name is very similar: that might just be coincidence tho.
That isn't a reason to doubt them per se, as they might be new and deliver fantastic service at a fantastic price. Let us know what you find out
