classic WRX aerial

Hello all,
bit of a bone question, but....
My car (99 WRX) doesn't seem to have an aerial !!
Other WRX's have an electric aerial on the rear quarter, uk cars had the aerial on the front drivers pillar....mine has neither, but this is my first 99 car.
Am I missing something, or did the aerial man on the production line let my car slip through ?
What is the alternatives for aerials on a scooby ?
