I think I need the Fully Synthetic Silkoline Pro S 10W 50? I'm running circa 350bhp in a ver6 classic and I drive it hard

If you just use it normally then a good ester based synthetic 5w-40 or 10w-40 will be fine, Silkolene Pro S, Millers CFS, Motul etc or if you drive it hard most of the time go for a 10w-50.

Alex, it is exactly the same stuff, even the same bottle just a different label. Fuchs own Silkolene, so they wanted their own name on the best products.
