What sort of power would these be able to handle and would I have to replace the fly wheel too? Any advice appreciated, cheers.

Not as yet.

I run my uprated Exedy at 340/340 and would be happy to run another 10% or so on top. No need to replace the flywheel, but do make sure it is given a skim. An uprated aftermarket lightweight forged flywheel is a nice upgrade though: Aztec Performance Online Store - Lightweight Forged Flywheels
