Default Front splitters, classic and newage.

I'm about to buy a new front splitter for my my03 sti, and after speaking to Mark at HT Autos, he's agreed to doing some group buy prices.

Painting is £94.00 for all Early splitters and £76.38 for STi 03-06 for colour matching. Only £120 for matt black.

These are good quality splitters and the paintwork is top notch too.
Here's a picture of mine which Mark repaired and resprayed.

I may be interested in a P1 one for my MY99 UK Classic but I'd like to know how the splitter fits to the original bumper...?

Your front bumper already has holes for these splitters to fit too underneath. Just a case of getting some self tappers or a nut and bolt and putting them on.

Would the 03-06 Sti splitter fit a a standard WRX?
Seems like a hell of a good price! can basically get one colour coded for the same price as a Scott Lowe unpainted one!

One other question, what's the lead time on these if we were to order?
Is this the same guy who took 2 months to decide he wasn't making the CF splitter?

don't know about the c/fibre thing but he sells the new age splitters on ebay, so i'm guessing he can bang these out in no time.

To be fair to mark, it wasn't him that took 2 months to make a decision, it was me that started the thread 2 months too early and if you read the thread, it wasn't ever going to be a cf splitter anyway, it was a cf "look" splitter.

stisan, the price for painting is extra. price for the splitter first, then price for painting.
makes the one you've ordered = £75 + £76.38 = £151.38 in wr blue

I'm interested in the p1 splitter 98/01 painted, but isn't this still a bit expensive £184 for a group buy? DR Motorsport seem to be cheaper or am i missing something.

you could go for the DR motorsport P1 'style' painted for £180,but it looks **** all like a P1

or go for their P1 replica which is £300.

makes £184 for a painted replica look a bargain to me!

(by the way, not meant as a dig at DR motorsport, just showing the price comparison)

Nice one
I make that 5 for the newage. Contact Mark at: http://www.htautos.co.uk/3.html and tell him your username and contact details.
Hopefully should have mine this week, with a writeup of how they're made, painted and installed

Phoned mark to place my order, apparantly I need the STi 'winglet' pieces for my WRX bumper

Once I've sourced these I'll order the splitter. Gutted, was hoping I'd have it pretty quick as well
