Thanks Franko

Images are on their way to your email account!!

... or so I thought ... except your account bounced them. I've sent them on to Ian!

The video will need to be compressed into an mpg before i can send it ... its way too large at 10mb.

Would people be interested in a group buy on SuperHigh technology 52mm Guages.

These Guages are the same ones in this months Redline, being sold by Storm Motorsport or £60 each. They are good quality, come wih all the bits you will need and look really trick.

Available there are the following guages, all 52mm, all white faced (except air fuel) etc.

Boost (30 PSI Max)
Oil Pressure
Oil Temp
Water Temp
voltage
Vacuum
Air Fuel Ratio

The guages come with whatever senders, piping, connectors etc you need and areimported from Hong Kong. Ive fitted a few on my cralready and they are easy to fit nd pretty accurate too

A local company to me called Voodoo also import these guages and are much cheaper than Storm at 45 ish per Guage and 60 for the Airfuel. They are willing to do a group buy with redued prices dependent on how many units are ordered at a time.

RETAIL PRICES
2" air fuel led indicator rrp £ 59.99
2" oil pressue electronic rrp £ 49.99
2" oil temp electronis rrp £ 49.99
2" turbo boost 30 psi mechanical rrp £49.99
2" vacum mechanical rrp £49.99
2" volt meter rrp £49.99
2" Water Temp rrp £49.99

and for the group buy here are our discounts.

all inc vat for qty 10 or above - 15% eg £ 49.99 - 15% = 42.49
for gty 15 or above - 20% = 39.99
for qty 20 or above- 30 % = 34.99

So if we sell over 20 units a set up like air fuel, boost and water temp for example which retails at £160 would cost us £105 a £55 saving on three guages.

Usually the hole that the gauge fits into, or the diameter of the gauge not including the bezel

If I can get my Dash lights in Blue (have the bulbs but they are all the wrong size ) then I will have a set of Boost/Oil Temp/Oil Pressure, as long as they are electrical oil gauges

Right going to get some group buy prices off the company tomorrow, hopefully some of the guages will be in the 30s if we get a good enough number of people inerested.

Will also take my box down the post office and find out how much they ill be to post so I can quote you all for shipping too.

The guages match perfectly with the gecko blue led dash kits Huxley always promotes

Question

Is there an option on bezels and dials ? I would be very interested in white dial, green illumination with black bezel to suit standard dash.

afraid not m8, they come as above. Personally the silver bezels look the **** so i wouldntworry about them and for 40 uid you can have lockwooddials to match the guages.

Huxleys little blue light thngs are only 30 quid iirc and they make it the same colour too. U know u wnt blue, blues the **** :P

its mechanical, its my understanding that electric ones are much more expensive, this one will be under 40 quid with group buy.

It is pretty accurate though, i have no complaints with mine.

Money they were at trade already u whinging goit lol. But u need the others as discussed so u can get them :P besides i reckon the maximum it will be is about 5 quid less than you paid on the boost guage and prob only a couple on the others.

The Guages all come with the relevent parts to fit and install them. For example the boost comes with a t-piece, vacuum hosing, hose fittings, the wiring to get it to light up, fuse, bracket, screws etc. Others with different senders come with different parts.

The Air fuel is very easy to wire up as we are fortunate enough to have decent lambda sensors that it can be wired straight too.

Guages dont come with pods, but come with bracket to fit them inside any pod etc so the fibreglass pillar jobbies work fine.

Just waiting on the prices for the group buy now so will stick them up asap

RETAIL PRICES
2" air fuel led indicator rrp £ 59.99
2" oil pressue electronic rrp £ 49.99
2" oil temp electronis rrp £ 49.99
2" turbo boost 30 psi mechanical rrp £49.99
2" vacum mechanical rrp £49.99
2" volt meter rrp £49.99
2" Water Temp rrp £49.99

and for the group buy here are our discounts.

I got them from Paul (BoxerFlat4) at http://www.thegecko.biz

However they are very tricky to fit in a facelift classic due to there only being one large bulb that the Blue LED's will fit into, and im not sure yet if Paul has managed to source some smaller 6mm Blue LEDs which will slot straight in

Cheers

Steve
