Default New to Subarus, In the market, Which out of these two?

Hello everyone. I am new to the Subaru community and I have about 4k GBP to play with. I am American USAF stationed here in the UK. I have done some searching and have came across three that have caught my attention. I just wanted to get some feedback on them and opinions on which would be better decision.

1. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Subaru-Imp...item417dde149e

2. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2003-SUBAR...item1e88540317

3. 2001 Subaru Impreza WRX Bugeye
*World Rally Blue
*Black 17" Prodrive wheels
*KAD 6 pot front brake kit 356mm rotors
*new Ferodo 2500 brake pads-less than 100 miles on them
*IHI VF22 Turbo
*DVD player/CD/Bluetooth/USB/SD
*Full De cat exhaust with silencer (you'll need it)
*New head gaskets and Subaru head bolts with valve adjustment
*Complete rubber undercoating
*Prodrive head and tail lights
*Hella fog lights
*Custom painted air intake manifold
*Cold air intake (not installed at the moment) requires tune
*5 speed manual transmission
*Tuned to 18 PSI of boost
*STi instrument panel with boost gauge
*STi pink fuel injectors
*301hp, very fast car, would be more with the cold air intake and new tune
*Bluetooth OBDII reader for torque app (great for reading engine performance)

Things wrong:
*Cold start tick that goes away after warm up
*small oil leak from passenger side cam oil seals, only leaks until engine is warmed up (new seals have been ordered and my husband is willing to fix if you do not know how to it)
*Hella fog lights were disconnected by previous owner and we are not sure if they work

I come from the land of fox body 5.0 Mustangs so I am in the speed zone. I think 1 & 3 would be best for that, but 2 looks good. I am also only going to be in the UK for 1-2 more years so I don't plan to put lots of money into the car as it might be harder for me to sell it. So 1 and 2 interest me because they are over 300HP. Also 1 and 2 have a lot more miles than 3.

Depends on the year, they can tend to be a weekend car only so high mileage not that common. Normal cars average is around 10k a year so for an 11 year old car 109k bout right... But these aren't normal... So picking up one with lower mileage would be pretty simple.

Best advice I was given is... When looking at subarus take someone with you who knows the breed.
Dont assume because the previous owners have spent a small fortune on after market parts that they have done routine servicing. Dont neglect to do the checks that you would do on a regular car. Ask lots of questions, what oil is being used, when and where is it serviced, last cambelt change, has it been on the track, what mods have been done to the engine internals. Check the engine and gear box codes against the VIN number.

I'm wary of modified cars that end up on dealer forecourts, the good cars tend to stay within the community.

Be careful out there, its a minefield
